All prices listed on our site are "Delivered Prices" to all contiguous US locations serviced by UPS Ground Service. This does NOT include Alaska & Hawaii, or PO Box addresses, shipping charges to these addresses are in addition to our posted prices. Unless otherwise noted in the product description we ship each order to only one location. If you wish to order the same item for delivery to several addresses please call us to expedite the ordering process. There will be a $6.95 handling charge per address we ship to unless otherwise noted in the product description or in the event that each delivery is in excess of our $75 limit.

    We generally ship by UPS ground service or Priority Mail. UPS delivery days (Business Days) can be viewed on this map. Any special shipping exceptions are charged at the actual cost of that shipping method. Additionally, we charge a "Handling Charge" of $6.95 per order for orders with a merchandise total under $75. 

    We are happy to include a free gift card with any gift order. Please include gift card instructions in the comment section of the order at check-out. 

    We e-mail receipts to the purchaser for all orders that are shipped to a different name. A packing slip, less pricing information, is included with gift orders if a gift card is not requested.

    Express shipping and shipments outside the continental US Shipments to Alaska,  Hawaii are available for the actual shipping charges in addition to our normal pricing. We are happy to quote these charges before shipping if requested in the comments section of your order. Our standard "Handling Charge" of $6.95 per order still applies to all orders under $75.

    APO / FPO (Military Shipments), We do ship to APO & FPO addresses. We charge additional shipping based on weight and shipping charges through the US Mail.

Returns:

    We guarantee all items sold on our site to be free from defects. We offer a 15 day return policy for any product that you receive that is defective or not as described on our site. 

     For unwanted items we offer a Maine Goodies credit or refund less original actual shipping charges. 

    Items should be returned to the address below only after prior authorization has been obtained from us via e-mail or phone. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNED FOOD ITEMS.
